The Rother Tidal Walls – East (RTWE) team recently welcomed the Lighthouse charity to site, to discuss with the team the importance of prioritising their mental and physical wellbeing whilst at work.
Lighthouse is a construction industry charity dedicated to the emotional, physical and financial wellbeing of construction workforce and their families.
The talk was very informative and representatives from Lighthouse shared with the team their own personal experiences, highlighting the importance of taking our mental health and wellbeing seriously.
