We were pleased to welcome the Lighthouse charity to our Leigh expansion and Hildenborough embankment schemes last month.
Lighthouse is a construction industry charity dedicated to the emotional, physical and financial wellbeing of the construction workforce and their families. They are working to develop healthy and sustainable futures for this generation of construction workers and the next.
During their visit, they delivered an engaging and thought-provoking presentation to our team. Our subcontractors and colleagues from the Environment Agency also joined, creating a fantastic atmosphere of collaboration and shared learning.
The session highlighted the importance of looking out for one another and raised awareness about the free, confidential services Lighthouse offers. Whether it’s a call to their 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline, online chat service, or reaching out via text, their support is always there when it’s needed most.
