VolkerTrenchless Solutions hold safety breakfast
VolkerTrenchless Solutions recently held a safety breakfast for all its employees to come together and reflect on health, safety and wellbeing.
The breakfast was led by project managers Nicholas Jones and John Wright, and senior works manager, Ian Thompson and included a Safety Ripple session – our safety programme in which we recognise the positive influence everyone in the business can have on others by their own actions and behaviours. The team also discussed several topics including plant and people segregation as well as the results and actions following our latest employee engagement survey.
Commenting on the session, Nicholas Jones said: “It was brilliant to bring the whole team together in one location. Taking time away from our busy drilling schedule has been really valuable; there was lots of really positive open discussion and a number of actions for us to implement as a result of the session”.
Thank you to everyone involved in making this a great session.
