Our team working on the New Wear high-level Footbridge project, in Sunderland recently hosted a collaborative event which reviewed the temporary works design implemented during the early stages of the project.
Representatives from across the supply chain who were involved in different elements of the temporary works were invited to celebrate the successes of the work so far, but to also consider the challenges and solutions implemented.
The day was designed to share best practice as well as lessons learnt, taking time to consider what could have been done differently when a similar challenge is faced in the future.
It was a brilliant session and a fantastic opportunity to reflect on how far the project has come since conception!
