Progress has continued at a tremendous rate at the New Wear high-level Footbridge in Sunderland There were several logistical challenges to overcome last year but through fantastic collaboration between the project team, supply chain and client, the project has been set up for continued success in 2024. The team has completed piling to the North abutment, leaving only the North Pier left to pile. All below ground work has been completed and preparation for the South Pier pile cap is underway.
