Congratulations to the Littleborough phase 1B team who collected the Green Apple Award 2024 they won in the Building and Construction Flood Protection category – National Champion.
The team won the award for their collaborative work with our client, the @Environment Agency to deliver a comprehensive flood protection scheme that can be built and operated in a sustainable, low carbon way. Aiming to set the standard for the Environment Agency’s Collaborative Delivery Framework projects, the team focused on easily replicated, sustainable, low carbon solutions and initiatives.
The Green Apple Environment Awards were launched in 1994 by The Green Organisation to recognise, reward and promote environmental best practice around the world.
This is a fantastic achievement, well done to everyone involved!
