Environment Agency Director of Operations Major Projects and Programme Delivery visits Preston and South Ribble Flood Risk Management Scheme
This week our team delivering the Preston and South Ribble Flood Risk Management scheme welcomed senior representatives from the Environment Agency, including Director of Operations Major Projects and Programme Delivery, Steve Moore and Director for Bespoke and Emerging Projects, Annemieke Hartman Jemmett to site to showcase the work being undertaken.
The day included a presentation capturing how the team has navigated key engineering challenges, applied innovative solutions and given back to the local community. This was followed by a walk around site to understand more about the work being delivered as part of phases 1 and 2.
It was a great opportunity to bring the wider team together, see ideas and designs in action and to collaboratively look at ways we can continue to innovate, drive efficiencies and deliver best practice.
