We’re thrilled to announce Adam Parkinson, our Assistant Quantity Surveyor at VolkerTrenchless Solutions, has received the ‘Highly Commended’ Award in the Rising Star of the Year award at the National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards.
This category seeks to recognise apprentices that have made impressive progress in their career to date.
Adam initially began his apprenticeship working for VolkerSite Services in 2022, however transferred to his current role with VolkerTrenchless Solutions in 2023 working on the Strategic Pipeline Alliance project. Alongside his work Adam has been studying at the University of Central Lancashire to obtain his chartered surveyor degree.
Commenting on his award, Adam said: "I am incredibly honoured to receive the highly commended award in the rising star category at the National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards. This achievement truly reflects the support and guidance I’ve received from my amazing team at VolkerTrenchless Solutions. Their commitment to my growth has not only boosted my confidence but has also inspired me to strive for excellence every day.
